What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card and check. We offer open accounts to new customers upon proper credit approval.

Is shipping included in the product pricing?

No, shipping charges are based on product, quantity and destination, a quote can be provided prior to order placement and charges will be added to order invoice.

What are your shipping options?

We ship all small packages via UPS Ground or U.S.P.S., unless a quicker turn-around is requested, but we are unable to use any other parcel carriers. Large orders are shipped via truck freight, and can be delivered with lift-gate service upon request.

What is the typical lead time for order completion?

Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks for standard products, but based on business demands can be extended to 3-4 week lead time. Customers will be notified upon quote request and order placement what the current lead time is.

What is your return policy?

If a product has been sent from Edmunds Metal Works with any issues causing the unit to not work correctly, please call (941)755-4725 and we will work with you to find the most efficient method of correcting our mistake. Please do not return any product until we are able to investigate a cause and solution to your problem.

What are your business hours?

Front office is open 7 A.M. – 4 P.M Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. Shipping/receiving and shop hours are 7 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.
